Do you use a lot of fresh herbs in your kitchen? I actually always have a few jars with cresses, basil, parsley, thyme and oregano in my kitchen. Fresh herbs are a delicious addition to any dish. Besides making the plate look nicer, they also add flavor and aroma to the dish. I use them regularly in my cooking creations. We are going to make a salad with fish Fish salad.
Recently I came across a nice jar of blood sorrel at the wholesale store, and I was immediately intrigued by the beautiful appearance of the leaves. The leaves have a slightly sour and fresh taste, which makes them perfect for brightening up various dishes. I decided to use these leaves in a fish salad that I combined with crispy filo crisps.
Using fresh herbs can transform a simple dish into a flavorful experience. Herbs are not only delicious to cook with, but they are also healthy. So feel free to add some fresh herbs to your dishes and enjoy the tasteful addition they offer!
