Do you use a lot of fresh herbs in your kitchen? I actually always have a few jars with cresses, basil, parsley, thyme and oregano in my kitchen. Fresh herbs are a delicious addition to any dish. Brush the sheets with olive oil and then sprinkle with sesame seeds, a little sea salt, pepper and some herbs. Place in the oven until the sheets are baked to a nice yellow gold. Take them out and let them cool. The oven can now be turned off.

Prepare the salad

Take a large bowl and put the beans on it first. Cut the bell pepper into very small cubes and sprinkle over the beans. Drizzle some dressing over your salad.

Take a fork and pull the salmon apart. You have to remove the mackerel from the fish unless you buy mackerel fillet of course. Divide the fish over the salad. Finish the whole by putting some sorrel leaves here and there. make fish salad
