This is what you need :

Salmon fruit mill

-1 mango
-A galia melon
-1 avocado
-100 grams crumbled feta
-white and black sesame seeds
-150 grams smoked salmon

How to make the smoked salmon and fresh fruit:

-Peel and cut the mango, do the same with the avocado and the melon, what's left can be eaten the next day. Or use it for a fresh smoothie.

- Cut the salmon into long strips.

-Crumble the feta and set it aside in a bowl.

-Take a nice plate and place the ingredients in the shape of the blades of a mill.
