Cauliflower we regularly have in the house because my daughter loves it. And if you think she has eaten this warm cauliflower salad with minced meat, then you are coming home from a cold fair… She prefers to eat her cauliflower simply cooked with a little salt sprinkled on it and especially not processed in this way. But luckily I have in my husband a loving and faithful test subject. So he really enjoyed this salad. He doesn't like "cauliflower without sauce" so we make a delicious homemade vinaigrette with it. minced meat recipe

Cauliflower is also a vegetable that has a very long history. It is described in books as early as the 12th century. And grown throughout Europe from the 16th century. Also available in multiple colors such as purple, orange or green. The most famous is of course the white cauliflower. Incidentally, the colored cauliflowers lose some of the color when you cook them, which is a shame.
The cauliflower remains nice and white because the leaves grow around it. To be completely zero waste, you can use the leaves of a cauliflower in dishes. For example, make a delicious cauliflower soup with the leaves or stir-fry them as a tasty vegetable.
Maintaining the cauliflower's white color is made possible by the surrounding leaves, which help the cauliflower retain its characteristic appearance. If you want to experiment with the leaves, there are various culinary options for using them in various dishes.
Here you will find the complete recipe with all the ingredients you need. I hope you have fun preparing the dish below.
