Did we have two weeks ago a nice sun, we sat on the terrace and it looked like spring… Now I just haven't blown off the dike here and we have rain every day. Nothing as changeable as the weather shall we say. Last week was a combination of a lot of cooking at home and another visit to the capital. Watch in the week 10.19 weekly vlog Delicious Happen for a unique glimpse into the kitchen of the Amstel Hotel.
Week 10.19 weekvlog Delicious bites
The week started quite stormy with a lot of wind and rain. I was busy cooking at home and writing out new recipes. It has probably already been discussed with you in a vlog or written down in a blog, but that takes quite a lot of time. Editing the photos, taking the photos, coming up with and cooking the recipes. All in all I have a decent day job on it.
The nice thing about being a food blogger is that I end up everywhere and nowhere. And so this week I was in a very special place. The kitchen of the Amstel Hotel! Here we got a glimpse into the kitchen of Chef Rogér Rassin. At the invitation of the Ambassador of Ireland I went out with Luuk and we ate some delicious dishes. There will be a separate blog about this day of course!
This all came online
This one too tasty samosas! Really make it once….

And do you love carrots? Then make this recipe once.
