Guys what a week I've had! I was extremely conscious with my food, drank liters of water and ate vegan for four whole days! Talk about a challenge. The Whitsun weekend went very smoothly here with family visits and in and around the house. See everything? Then watch the week 23.19 week vlog Delicious Happen.

The week started with filming in Kaatsheuvel. We had five cooking videos to record, and the first will be online pretty soon because that's a video for Father's Day! I made a very tasty recipe for Father's Day that you can spoil your father with… So you can view and make that recipe from next Sunday. The rest of the videos will be online in the coming months.

And then it became Friday and went in #ontheroadagain towards Den Bosch. At the invitation of Anne from @anne_travel_foodie I was allowed to taste wines & bites at restaurant Pollevie. I had actually expected this to be a kind of standing drink with some small snacks and finger food, but when I arrived the table was neatly set and everyone was already sitting at the table. I finally got to speak to some super nice foodies that I've been following on Instagram for an eternity, so nice!

Pollevie is a nice restaurant in an up&coming neighborhood in Den Bosch, near the Central Station. A real hotspot as it is called. They focus enormously on vegetables, which often get the leading role on your plate. They have even been named best vegetable restaurant by Gault&Milau and are in the top 100 worldwide. Well that promised a lot of good.

Because I had to eat vegan that day because of my challenge, this was no problem. And I must say, I ate very well! Now you don't have to worry that they don't serve meat at all, because they do! Definitely worth taking a "bite" when you are in Den Bosch.
