Encounters. What I especially like about being a food blogger is the encounters I have. No day is the same and every week I meet new people. Foodies, producers, restaurateurs, farmers, all people with one great passion: Food! And so you see that you can have a connection with a lot of people. Well in this week 45 week vlog Delicious Happen, plenty of fun and new faces pass by! Take a quick look.
Week 45
Wednesday started well. Recording day at the Kitchen Champion. We made two videos, one for the Sinterklaas period. And in that my daughter and her girlfriend had the leading role. They thought it was quite exciting but when the camera rolled they had enough talk. We got to work and it turned out to be a really nice video.
In the evening I went to the library in Woudrichem. A fun and informative evening was held there. During the entire month of November, the libraries are giving away a nice book. This year a theme with many social and personal implications has been chosen: Nutrition. So be sure to visit your library to get this nice book. The flavourite Chef Patricia made a delicious recipe which we were allowed to taste.
Foodie event during the week 45 week vlog Delicious Happen
This week I was also invited by Debbie van Debsbakery to come to Etten-Leur. There she organized a super fun Foodie event together with Bettine and Aunt Fanny Degen. We were allowed to look at the goat farm and then also at Bettine in the factory. There will be a separate blog online about this so you will be able to read and see a lot more about it.
food market
On Sunday we had visitors in the afternoon, but earlier in the day we drove to the mega Jumbo food market in Leidsche Rijn. There I could indulge myself because boy oh boy what a party. Especially at the butcher there because I bought some very nice pieces of meat there. These went on the BBQ the same evening and we enjoyed them very much.

Expected for week 46:
For week 46 there are again some things on the agenda on a personal level. Reserve some family time. But I also go to Waalwijk to the head office of Keuken Kampioen. There we will continue with a project that we are working on. Enough to keep watching!
