You need:

Ingredients:

  • 1 peer - core out, into small cubes

  • 100 gram pomegranate seeds
  • 4 twigs rosemary
  • 2 oranges
  • 750 ml Red wine
  • 250 ml Spa red
  • 100 ml Paste Syrup

And this is how you make it:

  • First we make the syrup. Put everything in a pan and bring to a boil. Then let it simmer until the syrup has thickened by about half. With a skimmer you remove all the spices from the pan, we use them for the sangria, put them in your glass bottle. Let the syrup cool down and store it in a glass bottle.
  • Cut the pear and apple into cubes, remove the cores. Add everything to the bottle together with the pomegranate seeds and 1 sliced ​​orange.
  • Pour the wine, spa and pastis syrup into the bottle and add 2 sprigs of rosemary. Leave in the fridge for an hour.
  • With the zest of the other orange and some rosemary you can possibly make some nice decoration for your glasses.
