White cabbage minced stir fry dish
I made this dish with minced meat, but you can also make it with chicken thigh or large shrimp, for example. Both options are tasty and packed with protein. You can replace the rice with noodles or brown rice, so you have a meal that can be used in many different ways. Of course you can also replace the cabbage with another type of cabbage or completely different vegetables such as bimi or broccoli. Or add some pieces of green asparagus. No matter how you make it, this wok dish is a winner and will be on the table in no time!

- 350 gram minced beef
- 400 gram White cabbage
- 150 gram White rice
- 2 el wok oil
- 150 gram soybeans
- 75 gram bean sprouts
- 2 el black bean garlic sauce - (Lee Kum Kee)
- 1 tl coriander powder
- 1 tl ginger powder
- 1 el sesame seeds
- 4 el soy sauce manis

And this is how you make it:
- Cut the white cabbage into strips.
- Place the wok on the heat and make sure it is hot, add the oil and the white cabbage, stir-fry the cabbage.
- Cook the rice in a rice cooker or in the pan.
- Add the spices and minced meat and add the butter sauce. Stir-fry until the minced meat is done.
- Pour in the ketjap and add the bean sprouts and soy beans.
- Spoon the rice onto the plates and add the cabbage mixture, finish with the sesame seeds.
