Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.
And this is how you make it:
Let's make the syrup first. Place all ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil. Let this bubble for about 15 minutes. Set it aside for an hour to allow the flavors to infuse. Bring it back to the boil and let it reduce to a nice syrup. Remove the sage leaves, lemon slices and cinnamon before pouring into your glass bottle.
Shake 2 tablespoons cinnamon on one saucer and 2 tablespoons honey on another saucer. Dip the rim of the glass first through the honey and then through the cinnamon.
Put some ice cubes in the glass and pour a tablespoon of syrup on top. Pour the 40 ml whiskey per glass over this. (If you make a virgin then no whiskey.)
Fill both glasses further with the cider, again, if you use virgin alcohol then alcohol-free cider.
Place a slice of pear, a cinnamon stick and some sage for decoration in the glass and serve.
