And this is how you make it:
Boil the bucatini in salted water.
Chop the garlic, cut the shiitakes and place the wok on the fire with the chili oil. Stir-fry the garlic and shiitakes and add the spinach and let it shrink.
Add the miso paste and cooking cream and mix well in the wok.
Drain the pasta and add to the wok and stir. Sprinkle the soy beans and black sesame seeds on top and spoon into the bowls.
