This is a very easy flat cake to make! We make the batter in the blender and that's a piece of cake. Then all you have to do is bake it off and let it cool down. The great thing about this type of baking is that you can store it in the fridge for a few days and therefore always have a tasty snack nearby. We make this yogurt oatmeal apple cake extra tasty by adding some blueberries to it. They give a fresh and fruity taste to the cake. We also use honey instead of sugar to sweeten the cake. That is not only healthier, but also very tasty.

This yogurt oatmeal apple cake is so delicious that it will probably be used up quickly. It doesn't matter whether you bake it for yourself or for the kids, everyone will enjoy it. It is also a fairly healthy cake, because we do not use any unnatural sugars in the recipe.
We sweeten the cake only with honey, which gives a natural and delicious taste. So you can also eat the cake for breakfast, if you want. That's a good way to start the day with something tasty and nutritious.
If you don't eat the cake right away, it will keep well in the refrigerator. This way it stays fresh and tasty for longer. You can cut the cake into pieces and put them in a Tupperware box. This is a convenient way to store the cake, because the box closes well and protects the cake from drying out. You can put the box with the cake in the fridge and take a piece out every now and then. The cake will keep well in the fridge for several days.

- 100 gram oatmeal
- 3 el low-fat yogurt
- 1 call - peeled and cut into pieces
- 12 blueberries
- 2 eggs
- 3 el honey
- 1 el butter
- 1 el cookie spice mix
- ½ tl baking soda
- ½ tl baking powder
Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.
And this is how you make it:
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
- Grab your blender and add all the ingredients except the blueberries. Mix until you have a smooth batter.
- Cover a low baking tin of 12x22cm (approximately) with a piece of baking paper and pour the batter into it. Divide the blueberries over the baking tin so that you can cut 12 pieces later.
- Bake the cake for about 25 minutes until golden brown. (Test with a skewer if it comes out clean).
- When it is ready, let it cool in the tin for a while, then take it out and let it cool on a wire rack. Cut into 12 pieces and store in the fridge in a Tupperware box.
