And if you look so beautiful then you should of course check what recipes this lady has written down. Actually, I'm not a huge cookbook cook. But my curiosity was aroused and I must say it contains a lot of nice recipes. So is the recipe for butter chicken from the oven. Just from an oven dish in the oven and I had to make that a bit “Delicious Happen proof”. -First take the römertopf and put it in cold water. 10 minutes to half an hour is enough.

-Take in the whole chicken and make sure it is at room temperature. We do NOT preheat the oven, the chicken goes into the oven cold.

-Clean the shallots and cut them in half. Place this on the bottom of the soaked römertopf dish. Also add 3 cleaned cloves of garlic.

Prepare the chicken

Take the chicken for the butter chicken from the oven and leave the elastic around it, you can simply bake it in the oven. Cut the lemon into quarters and stuff it into the cavity of the chicken along with the herbs and the other 3 cloves of garlic. Spread the top of the chicken with the butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Place the chicken in the römertopf and put in the oven. Set the temperature to 180 degrees and let the chicken stew for about an hour and a half. Then take off the lid for 10 minutes and let it brown in the oven for another XNUMX minutes.
