I can hardly imagine that as a Dutch person you don't like peanut butter... We all grew up with it, right? A quick piece of peanut butter for a tasty snack. Then I now have another delicious snack in which peanut butter plays the leading role! These soft oatmeal peanut butter cookies are super quick to make and yummy. The outside of the cookies are a bit crunchy and the inside is nice and soft. You can store them for a few days in a Tupperware box, so you have your snack within reach. She will certainly have them out of the oven within 20 minutes, just let them cool slightly and then enjoy.

The chocolate drops in this recipe are optional. You can leave them out or add raisins, for example. Do you want more protein in it? A scoop of whey powder while mixing is no problem, it will increase the protein macros of this recipe. My favorite peanut butter is that from Prozis, it is almost liquid and therefore easy to mix. If you would like to order this, please click this link and use the code “Francine” for a discount. Here you can also buy other fine products such as the nut/seed mix and oatmeal, for example.
