You need:

Ingredients:

For the dressing you will need:

  • 2 tl Dijon mustard
  • 2 el mayonnaise
  • 1 el Red wine vinegar
  • 1 shallot - extra finely chopped
  • 1 el capers
  • 10 twigs chives - cut into small rings
  • 40 ml olive oil
  • salt
  • peper

Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.

And this is how you make it:

  • Grab your food processor and add all the ingredients of the dressing except the shallot and chives and turn it into a smooth dressing. Add the extra finely chopped shallot and the chopped chives and season with salt and pepper. Set aside until use.
  • Meanwhile, boil the eggs, I like a soft-boiled egg on the side.
  • Grab the bowls and divide the lettuce over the bowls, drizzle some dressing on them. Finish the bowls with the salmon, eggs, tomatoes and sprinkle some bagel mix on top.
