Are you crazy about fish? I personally not huge, why exactly I can not explain because when I tell you which fish I eat you will think what are you worrying about. And yet in a restaurant when given the choice, I choose meat rather than fish. But if we eat a surprise menu and it contains fish, I have no problem with that at all. Well maybe I'm just a little weird. My friend Luuk gave me a newfound love for salmon. Salmon is extremely popular in the Netherlands, known as a versatile fish that can be eaten cold and hot. It appears on menus from snack bars to star restaurants. And this is how you make the Salmon from the oven with zucchini:

-First preheat your oven to 180 degrees

- Take a baking dish and put some olive oil in it. Place the salmon in it, skin side up. Sprinkle on the skin some salt, pepper and the almond shavings. Drizzle some olive oil on it and then put it in the oven for 20 minutes.

- Grab your spirelli device. You have those small handheld devices but also some larger ones as you can see in the photo. Twist the zucchini into nice spirals. Cut the peppers into strips or rings if you used a pointed pepper like I did.

-I grilled the bell pepper in the oven with some salt, pepper and garlic powder sprinkled over it.

-In a frying pan with some olive oil, briefly fry the zucchini, not too long otherwise it will become very soft and lose its crunchiness.

Finally, remove the salmon from the oven and first place the zucchini on the plate, and then place the pepper and salmon on top. I didn't make any sauce for this dish, as far as I'm concerned it doesn't need it.
