Ingredients:
- 1 zucchini
- 3 sweet potatoes
- 3 eggs
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 tin can mini corn on the cob
- 15 Kalamata olives
- 3 cloves of garlic
- salt
- peper
- olive oil

And this is how you make it:
- Wash all vegetables and cut into cubes/pieces. Finely chop the garlic cloves.
- Preheat your oven to 200 degrees.
- Grab a flat oven dish and scoop all the vegetables and garlic into it. Add a dash of olive oil and mix well. Season with salt and pepper and then put in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Then remove the dish from the oven and use a spoon to push 3 holes between the vegetables. Break an egg into each well and add the olives.
- Return the dish to the oven for another 5 to 10 minutes until the eggs are nicely set.
