Summer spicy cocktails
Completely from now: summer spicy cocktails. Let your imagination run wild and grab your glasses to mix nicely. A real cocktail contains at least three ingredients and one of them must be alcohol. For example, the other could be a juice. The history of the word and the origin of the cocktail has many different explanations. One nice one is that in the 18th century a non-purebred horse was called cock-tailed. Not pure and mixed and therefore also applies to the drink. gin and tonic cocktail recipes
Be that as it may the mixed drinks and cocktails are indispensable in the bar and restaurant. And you can certainly get started at home with these summery spicy cocktails. I made an alcohol-free version and a gin and tonic version.
What do you need for summer spicy cocktails:
A bottle of good gin
Tonic
gingerale
bottle of Soofdrinks syrup
Herbs and fruits:
blueberries
citroen
lime
star anise
rosemary
ginger
And this is how you make the summery spicy cocktails:
-Start freezing with the fruits the day before. Take ice cube trays and put the fruits in them. Top up with water and then put them in the freezer.
-On the day itself you first start by cutting the ginger and the lemon and lime. Cut them into nice thin slices that you can put in the glass and on the glass.
-You make the virgin cocktail by first putting a dash of Soofdrinks syrup in the glass. Add the ginger slices and the ice cubes with raspberries. To give it a bit of green and some spiciness, I added a rosemary sprig and added ginger ale.
-I filled the gin and tonic with the blueberry ice cubes, gin, a sprig of mint leaves, Elderflower tonic and a lime wedge on the glass. The spiciness in this GT comes from the star anise.
Summer spicy cocktails
So normally I would say: Delicious bites, but that doesn't go with a drink, so I say Cheers!
