Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 canteloupe
- 3 nectarines
- 1 Spanish / chili pepper
- 1 cucumber
- roasted pine nuts

And this is how you make it:
- First cut all the nectarines in half and remove the pit. Then cut them into nice wedges and put them in a bowl.
- Then whisk all the ingredients for the dressing into a nice dressing, pour it over the nectarines and let it marinate in the fridge for a while.
