Summer watermelon salad
Today we are making a delicious fresh Summer watermelon salad that also goes very well with a BBQ. A tasty watermelon salad with coins feta.
I love the sweet taste of watermelon. It is fascinating to think that this fruit was eaten in the Middle East and Africa more than a thousand years ago. It is a fruit with a rich history and was only introduced to the Netherlands after the Second World War. It's amazing that something as simple as a watermelon can say so much about the world we live in.

In this summer watermelon salad we use traditional ingredients that perfectly match the sweet taste of the watermelon. It is a delicious combination of different flavors and textures that together form a fresh and light meal. It's a perfect dish to enjoy during hot summer days and a great way to enjoy the versatility of watermelons.
And this is how to make the Summer Watermelon Salad:
-Start with the watermelon and cut it into small cubes, then cut the red onion into nice thin rings. Red onion is a type of onion with a dark red outside and white inside. It is often used in various dishes because of its sweet taste and beautiful color. Red onion is usually used for garnish, raw or baked, but it is also added to sauces, soups, salads and other dishes to add flavor and texture.
- Then chop the feta into small cubes and drain the black olives.
-Take a large bowl and put all the chopped and chopped ingredients in it, drizzle some olive oil over it and then toss everything together well.
- Finally, chop a few fresh mint leaves.

- 4 tablespoons capers
- 1 Red onion
For the garnish you will need:

Then fill 2 trays, 1 for the morning and 1 for now, so the evening!
