- 180 gram flower
- 70 gram butter
- 45 gram olive oil
- 50 gram Parmesan cheese - grated
- 1 ei
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

- Melt the butter in the microwave for 20 seconds in a bowl.
- To this bowl add the Parmesan cheese, olive oil, egg, herbs and a pinch of salt. Mix it all together well.
- Add the flour and mix it in until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough between two pieces of baking paper to a thickness of half a cm.
- Cut circles out of the dough with a cutter. Place it on a piece of baking paper and put it in the fridge for half an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
- Remove the cookies from the fridge and push some more sea salt on top of the cookies.
- Bake them in the oven for 13-15 minutes until nice and golden brown. Then let it cool on a rack.
