My own slogan says “tasty recipes, easy to make”. Well, this chili recipe falls into this category! I also always say to have as little stress as possible in the kitchen, but it can also be hectic here. The week then goes slightly differently than expected, or I didn't get what I actually needed. - 350 gram minced beef
- 1 Red pepper - cut into pieces
- 2 onions - XNUMX onion - shredded
- 400 gram black beans - canned and drained
- 400 gram kidney beans - canned and drained
- 250 gram champignons - cut into slices
- 100 gram green olives
- 1 jalapeno pepper - cut into rings
- 4 el sour cream
- 4 el grated cheddar
- 3 twigs fresh chopped parsley - finely chopped

- 1 can of tomato paste
- 250 gram past

- 3 el persillade spice mix
- 3 el Mexican spice mix

And this is how you make it:
- Chop, slice and chop the vegetables as described above.
- Grab your frying pan and add a dash of olive oil and crumble the minced meat.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, and tomato paste and cook for a few minutes.
- Then add the beans and olives and passata, season with the herbs and spices and stir well. Let it simmer with the lid on the pan.
- Grab the plates or bowls and divide the chili, serve with the cheddar cheese, crème frache, parsley and a few slices of jalapeno pepper.
