And this is how you make it:
First we make the herb butter. Take a bowl and mash the butter in it. Make sure your butter is completely soft and at room temperature, otherwise this will be a very complicated job. Add all the ingredients from the list and mix into the butter. Then put it on a piece of foil and roll it into a roll. Then it can go back in the fridge to set further before use.
I baked the potatoes in this recipe in the Aerofryer. You can of course also bake them in the pan, oven or deep fryer, but just what you prefer.
Before grilling the meat, make sure it is at room temperature. So take it out of the fridge in time and let it come to temperature covered on your counter.
I slowly caramelized the onion in some butter. You can also bake it on the grill if you want.
In principle, you can give your butter every imaginable flavor with different herbs.
Finally, heat your grill plate and grill your steaks and green asparagus on it. At the end I put a nice lick of herb butter on the steak so that it has melted all over the steak.
