And this is how you make it:
Cut the red pepper into rings, the garlic into slices, and finely chop the parsley.
Grab your frying pan and add the olive oil, turn the heat to low so your garlic doesn't burn! Add the red pepper and garlic to the pan and let it rest.
Cook the spaghetti in a pan with plenty of water and a generous spoonful of salt.
Once cooked, drain the spaghetti in a colander, then toss into the pan with the olive oil. Sprinkle the parsley and some black pepper on top and toss well!
Serve immediately with some Parmesan cheese on the side, if desired.
