And this is how you make it:
Clean the sprouts and cut them in half. Blanch them for 4 minutes in boiling water and then drain in a colander.
Heat your snacks or casserole well and add a dash of olive oil.
Fry the bacon cubes until crispy and then remove them from the pan, lower the heat and fry the garlic and shallot in a little remaining fat in the pan.
Add the bacon and Brussels sprouts to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes.
Deglaze with the white wine and add the cream, bring to the boil and then simmer gently until the Brussels sprouts are almost soft.
