Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.
And this is how you make it:
Boil the eggs and let them cool completely(!).
Take a mixing bowl and add the flour, icing sugar, zest of the lemon zest, juice of the lemon, inside of the vanilla pod and butter (in cubes).
Knead this with a kneading machine or with your hands for 5 minutes.
Cut open the eggs and use only the yolk. Push the yellow through a sieve into the mixing bowl. Knead for about 10 minutes until a compact dough forms.
Transfer the dough to a plate, cover with foil and let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
After resting, dust the work surface with flour and place the dough on it. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to about 2 centimeters thick.
Press out cookies with the cookie cutters and then make a small hole with a dough ring in the middle. Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 150 degrees (with fan on) for 8-10 minutes.
The cookies should not be too brown. Let them cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
