At the invitation of Mirella and Denise from the “healthy Dutchies”, I jumped in the car again and headed to the north of the country. The Lucas Rive restaurant is located in Hoorn on a beautiful quay. And guess what, this restaurateur has a Michelin star. So that promised a lot of good things! The nice thing about this evening would be that the two ladies made a large part of the dishes under the watchful eye of the master himself. And so I had a nice night out at Lucas Rive, read along.
The Dutchies
Two fun hardworking ladies with a nice Instagram page and website. Personally I had never met them but we have been following each other closely on Instagram for a long time. Healthy and tasty food is of paramount importance to these ladies and with their own cookbook they are making good progress in foodieland! And so it was time to finally meet in a beautiful restaurant and sit down at the table with all kinds of other foodies.
Cooqing
This passion for good food brought the ladies into contact with Yvon from the Cooqing company. This is a company that offers you the opportunity to prepare a multi-course dinner in the restaurant of a star chef together with the kitchen staff. You will therefore prepare all those delicious dishes under shovel supervision and you will really join the rhythm of the professional kitchen. Which is of course an unforgettable experience for real foodies. And this time we were allowed to eat all these tasty snacks!

With so many people together, you almost don't have enough eyes and ears to capture everything completely.
