For more than a year and a half we have started the week on Monday with a smoothie on Monday. I do this on Instagram with a beautiful photo of beautifully "swirled" smoothies from my blender. Also the most frequently asked question how do I get those figures in the glass, let's say the secret of the blacksmith. Of course I make sure that the picture looks beautiful with flowers, beautiful layers and plenty of color. A bit my own trademark of my Delicious Happen account. Because that's what I really love, color, flowers and smoothies that pop off the screen! And now finally a post here on the blog with the best smoothies from the blender.
The best smoothies from the blender
Smoothies are healthy! Fruit, vegetables, fiber you can really use anything. Now a lot is said about starting up your digestion and that that does not happen with smoothies. For example, take a handful of nuts and drink your smoothie afterwards.
By the way, you can also make a bowl out of it, so you can add a lot of extra fiber so that you really have to chew and it is more of a breakfast plate than one that you can drink through a straw.
What else can you put in it besides fruits and vegetables?
That's a good question because you can of course spice up your smoothies with all kinds of additives. You can throw these in the blender and add extra flavor or dietary fiber to your smoothie. For example, think of:
- coconut chips for an exotic twist
- oatmeal flakes
- chia seed
- linseed
- turmeric
- cocoa powder
- honey
- fresh herbs such as mint / basil / thyme
Because I always smoothies per layer you can add this, for example, with a few tablespoons per layer. You can clearly see its structure in the glass. I usually prepare everything first and pour it into different containers and then pour everything nicely into one glass. I get that you probably don't feel like that at all at home! You can also just put everything in the blender at once and then “blend” it into a smoothie.
Here you will find the complete recipe with all the ingredients you need. I hope you have fun preparing the dish below.

print Email recipe Pin Rate recipeYou need:
Ingredients:
- 1 passion
- 1 melon
- yoghurt
- coconut yogurt
- fruit mixes - boxes from the freezer
Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.
And this is how you make it:
- Making the smoothies is always preparing first. Grinding the fruit in the blender, and then each fruit separately in containers.
- If you want it completely plant-based, choose coconut yogurt, otherwise I always use low-fat yogurt.
- Make different layers and combine delicious with flavors.
- Delicious bites!
