I quickly dive back into the computer and write out the recipe for this lunch salad with tomato and tuna. Because if I put it online I will most likely get a question about the recipe. What kind of dressing did you use? What's in the salad? Do you have the recipe for me? And with love I am typing this salad recipe for you! We start this year healthy again. With a shopping cart full of vegetables, fruit and non-alcoholic drinks. The scale wasn't really in my favor. Somewhere of course my own fault big bump… I should not have let myself go like this during the holidays. It's kind of a recurring thing. In January everything should be back on track and goals should be made. Or good intentions, but just what you want. Still, I think it's a nice hold at the start of the year. tuna salad

Simple but very tasty!

A can of tuna is a can in which tuna is packaged and preserved. Tuna is a marine fish that is often caught for human consumption. The can of tuna can be filled with different types of tuna, such as white tuna or light tuna, and can be packed in different types of liquids, such as water, oil, or tomato sauce. Canned tuna is useful for quick and easy meals, such as tuna salads, sandwiches or pasta dishes.

Same salad, just different “props”.

A tasty salad recipe is actually so easy. You can even “prep” salads like this very well if you don't have much time during the day. Put them in a Tupperware container and have two or three ready in your fridge. Then you are also less likely to reach for unhealthy things.

The salad is very filling so that you can last until dinner with perhaps a healthy snack. This tomato and tuna lunch salad is made with tuna in water. Of course you can also opt for the version with oil. This one is already a bit fatter, so you have to use a little less dressing.

Here you will find the complete recipe with all the ingredients you need. I hope you have fun preparing the dish below.
