-Take a roll of aluminum foil and tear off 8 equal sheets. Place 2 sheets on top of each other per package. Pour a little bit of olive oil on one sheet.

-Then put the spinach leaves on top as a nice bed. Then place the pangasius fillet on the bed.

Sprinkle the fish with some salt, pepper and garlic powder. I added a little dill, it goes so well with fish. Then place the zucchini and the tomato that you have cut into thin slices on top of the fish.

-Then you garnish the whole with some fresh pesto and the pine nuts. Then carefully drop some white wine into the package and steam everything nicely.

-Fold the aluminum foil into a nice envelope that you can close completely. This prevents steam from escaping and the fish can also be cooked properly. Place the parcels on a baking tray in the preheated oven. They have to bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
