Nothing more fun than a nice drink, right? As a starter for a cozy bbq with us on the terrace, I made this Burgundian hummus plank with olives. Normally my husband is not at all fond of dips and spreads. But this shelf turned out to be a hit, because he also loved it. In fact, this is another beautiful basic recipe that you can completely customize by filling it with what you like best. snack platter hummus recipe
So it will certainly not be the last time that I will put a well-stocked shelf like this on the table. To scoop up the hummus, I baked crispy tortilla wraps in the oven. So you have something different than a cracker.

Burgundian hummus platter with olives
One of the things I always have at home are jars of olives, capers, grilled peppers and sun-dried tomatoes. These ingredients give a lot of flavor to all kinds of dishes and are easy to use. Of course you could also make this all fresh yourself, but then you have to take into account the extra time you need for this.

It is not bad at all to buy these kinds of ingredients ready-made and not to bother roasting your peppers or drying your tomatoes yourself. That is exactly what I often do. But if you have time to spare, it's a fun activity! With these ingredients you can, for example, make a delicious hummus that you can serve with fresh bread or raw vegetables. Here's an easy hummus recipe you can follow.

Here you will find the complete recipe with all the ingredients you need. I hope you have fun preparing the dish below.
