You need:

Ingredients:

  • 250 gram black pasta
  • 300 gram spinach
  • 150 gram chestnut mushrooms
  • 1 el truffle sauce - (from e.g. oil&vinegar)
  • 2 el vinegar
  • 3 el truffle oil
  • 75 gram grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt
  • peper

Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.

And this is how you make it:

  • Carefully brush the mushrooms clean and cut off the bottom of the stem. Then in slices.
  • Cook the spaghetti in a pan with plenty of water and salt.
  • Heat a frying pan and add the truffle oil. Fry the mushrooms and then add the spinach. Keep stirring until the spinach has wilted. Deglaze with the vinegar.
  • Drain the pasta, reserving a small cup of cooking water. Add the pasta to the vegetables and stir in the truffle sauce and the cup of liquid.
  • Grate the Parmesan cheese and sprinkle it over the pasta, finally drizzle some truffle oil over it.
