Ingredients:

  • 1 role puff pastry
  • 10 sprouts
  • 3 to stick bacon
  • 100 gr double cream brie
  • 1 el Persillade (spice mix)
  • 125 ml crème fraîche
  • 1 shallot

And this is how you make it:

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  • Roll out the puff pastry roll on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread the puff pastry with the crème frache and sprinkle the tablespoon of persillade over it.
  • Chop the shallot, slice the bacon and brie.
  • Boil the Brussels sprouts for 5 minutes and then drain well and cut them in the middle.
